Zach Lindeman grew up in the small town of Meadville, Pennsylvania. From an early age, he demonstrated a love of learning and a passion for helping others. These dual interests lead him to eventually pursue a degree in Biology at Allegheny College. After graduating magna cum laude in 2011, he spent a year researching in a molecular and cellular biology lab. He then decided to attend PT school, graduating from Gannon University in 2017. Since then, he has been practicing as a PT in a variety of settings. As a PT, he enjoys working with conditions including sports injuries, orthopedics, and balance training.

His pursuit of continuing education opportunities has led to certifications in fall prevention and dry needling. Personally, his hobbies include the outdoors, music (particularly the Beatles), reading, and sport (particularly the Steelers).

Alex Welch Physical Therapy

Alex Welch, DPT

Alex grew up in the small town of DuBois, Pennsylvania. The son of a physical therapist, he has been around the field his entire life and knew from an early age that he would pursue a career in it. Alex attended Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he received his undergraduate degree In Sports and Exercise Science as well as his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting since graduation and has a strong interest in manual therapy, fitness, and sports rehabilitation.

Outside of the workplace, Alex enjoys traveling with his wife, running, reading, and watching soccer.

devon montgomery PTA

Devon Montgomery, PTA

Devon Montgomery was born in Orange County, California, but spent most of her childhood growing up locally in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was homeschooled for her entire pre-college education. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Germanna Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2022. Her clinical experience has been in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Devon has also been trained in the Graston Technique of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, which can be beneficial as a treatment for a variety of orthopedic conditions.

She is an integral and important part of the clinic, often collaborating with staff and patients to achieve the best possible results for every patient. Outside of the clinical setting, Devon is passionate about teaching High School Sunday School, creative writing, and drawing. She also enjoys singing, playing the piano, and spending time with family and friends.

Molly Walter, DPT

Molly grew up in Sterling, Virginia and first came to the Fredericksburg area to study anthropology at the University of Mary Washington where she graduated in 2011. She later became interested in physical therapy and attended Mary Baldwin University and received her doctorate in physical therapy. Her main objective is to create a program around a patient's personal goals so they can return to participating in life more fully.
 
Outside of the clinic, Molly enjoys reading, playing volleyball, spoiling her cats, and cheering for her favorite soccer team, the Washington Spirit.

Kathy-Kinnison-Physical-TherapyKathy L. Kinnison, PT, DPT, MDNC

Kathy is a native of Hammond, Louisiana. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies and Math Education from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. After college, Kathy went to the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Master of Arts in Christian Education. She served as a Youth Minister at several churches for 12 years prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy. Kathy received her Master of Physical Therapy from LSUHSC in New Orleans, Louisiana, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia.

Kathy has been practicing outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine physical therapist for over 17 years. She is certified in dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue massage, Sportsmetrics and Kinesio taping. Outside of work Kathy enjoys travelling, cycling, photography and is working towards her blackbelt in Karate.

Matthew Devries, LPTA

Matthew was born in Alachua County, Florida but has lived in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area for nearly his whole life. Matthew prides himself on being a young, energetic, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant who loves to continuously learn and see people return to their passions. He graduated from Germanna Community College in 2023 where he obtained his associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. He played in high school which has led to his passion for sport related orthopedic injuries.

Matthew aspires to continue his collegiate education to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy within 10 years. His career goal is to work for a sports team which leads to his goal of obtaining his DPT. His dream is to complete this at the University of Florida as it is 20 minutes from his birth town.

Matthew's passions are sports, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. His favorite sports are soccer, basketball, baseball and college sports. His favorite sports teams are Chelsea FC, Boston Celtics, Boston Red Sox, and University of Florida.
